Who We Are
A Step Up Foundation is a nonprofit organization that will provide a program for low to moderate income single families and other indiviuals on how to “Step Up” from their current living situation (homeless or not). We will provide classes that teach them how to budget, save and invest into the important things that’s needed to move from one level of life into the next. We will also provide temporary housing to the ones that are in the program.

A Step Up Foundation began in 2022 when a few women of Charlotte from the community to form members to organize and make an impact. Pretty quickly, this singular moment evolved into a full-fledged movement. Our Community Partners challenged the status quo, holding our leaders accountable and fighting for solutions that will transform society.

FUNDAMENTALS
To help teach individuals fundamentals of growth skills by helping with their finances, housing, and reaching personal goals that can be accomplished through learning better life choices to get there.
