Founded in 2022, A Step Up Foundation was born from a collective passion for change. A dedicated group of women in the Charlotte community saw a need and took action, transforming a single effort into a powerful movement. Today, we stand as a beacon of hope, empowering individuals and families with the resources they need to build a brighter future.

Through mentoring, counseling, and housing assistance, we strive to uplift homeless and low-income individuals, providing them with the tools to achieve stability, security, and self-sufficiency.
